- Perform daily accounting tasks, including but not limited to:
- Processing and recording journal entries.
- Generate refunds
- Charge Vendors generate invoices
- Registration and reconciliation of credit cards
- Reconciling accounts and preparing financial statements
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records
- Assisting with month-end close and year-end audit preparation
- Create customer accounts in SAP
- Assist with budgeting and forecasting processes.
- Support the preparation of financial reports and statements.
- Maintain compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve financial issues and improve financial processes.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders.
- Bilingual
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field (must be within 1 year of graduation)
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
- Entry-level SAP experience (SAP FICO module) (willing to train the right candidate).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy.
- 1-2 years of entry-level accounting experience
- Experience with SAP FICO module (SAP Financial Accounting and Controlling)
- Familiarity with financial reporting softwaresa
