- Produce and edit kitchen designs for both individual and corporate clients to meet their needs; as well as provide estimates for such.
- Provide timely responses to customer inquiries regarding services, products, pricing, availability, product use, and payment terms.
- Assist with the ordering process to external providers to successfully execute the project. This requires knowledge of ERP system (Purchasing, Inventory and Sales modules)
- Provide after-sale service and support to customers
- Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related tasks as needed
- Basic office managements tasks: receive phone calls, schedule meetings and showroom appointments, handle correspondence, emails, etc.
- Other duties may be assigned.
