Here is what you will be doing:

• Be part of leading and growing a successful HVAC department.
• Perform routine inspections and repairs of HVAC systems.
• Complete all required paperwork in a timely and accurate manner.
• Fielding technical support and pricing calls.
• Train technicians to be trough and follow procedures.
• Assist the Service Manager drive revenue and meeting company goals.
• Help resolve customer concerns.
• Lead and create training meetings as needed.

Here is what we are looking for:

• 8 years of prior HVAC experience (preferably in residential)
• Someone with great listening skills and the ability to help technicians in-person and over the phone.
• Outgoing personality that blends well with a fast-paced, goal-driven environment.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Able to pass a criminal background check and drug screen.
• EPA certification
