Summary:
Under the direction of the President, the Production Manager will oversee the manufacturing operations in a food processing environment. Responsible for production yield, product quality, food safety, staffing, labor efficiency, resource (raw material) efficiency, employee safety and facility management.
Key Responsibilities:
-Line Rotations
-Lunch and break periods
-Paid Time Off
-Mandated leaves of absences
-Work with the Quality Assurance Manager and the USDA/FSIS inspector to develop and support quality systems.
-Responsible for the implementation and continuation of new practices, processes and procedures.
