PayScale: Starting at 85k

Summary: This position is responsible for the Advanced Access Crisis services within DAYMARK Recovery Services. This position reports directly to the Crisis Operations Senior Director.  This position is responsible for advanced access services and compliance with all applicable policies, procedures, regulations and laws and assures adequate staffing at all times to meet service demand with the service array.  This position is the community liaison between DAYMARK Recovery Services, the service area at large and is often the spokesperson for DAYMARK Recovery Services to regional and statewide stakeholders for advanced access services

 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Ensures strict compliance with all professional standards, IPRS/NC State, Federal Medicaid and Medicare regulations, agency policies and procedures. Maintains care and compliance with all rules for the facility.
  • Monitors P/L reports and budget. Assist with development of budgets for the region. Provides team leads for child enhanced services with supervision. Explores and develops new services and revenue streams.
  • Attends regional and stakeholder meetings. 
  • Ensures region workforce is staffed appropriately for volume of services and works with peers to share resources when needed.
  • Serve as the liaison between the executive team, Senior director and directors or advanced access services
  • All other duties as assigned by supervisor

Special Attributes:  Strong psychosocial, clinical assessment skills. Minimal supervision regarding use of time, able to prioritize work assignments.  Must possess strong clinical skills, a vast knowledge base of mental health and substance abuse disorders and vigor to continue the learning process. Ability to communicate effectively with professionals and clients/families. Ability to make sound decisions in emergency situations.

Supervisory Responsibilities:  Provides supervision to team leaders of advanced access and the support supervisor for Advanced Access.

Education and/or Experience: Minimum of a Master’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling or relative field, from an accredited college or university.  Two to four years of clinical practice experience.  Must be Licensed or Certified in Area of Practice: Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Licensed Psychological Associate, Licensed Professional Counselor, Certified Substance Abuse Counselor, Marriage and Family Therapist, or Licensed Practicing Psychologist.
