Job Overview:
We are seeking a friendly and professional Front Desk Agent to join our team.

We would like some experience from a hotel. We are using the Wyndham Synxis system. If you have experience in this system that would be a plus. If you have experience at front desk position, that would be a plus. This is a very busy hotel, and we expect great customer service, and the agent to be efficient with their procedures. We are starting this position at $13.00 per hour but if you show us that you are able to perform and be amazing we are ready to help you grow.

As a Front Desk Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience during their stay. This position requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle various tasks simultaneously.

Duties:
- Greet guests and provide them with a warm welcome
- Check guests in and out of the hotel
- Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries
- Assist guests with reservations, room changes, and other requests
- Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and dining options
- Handle guest complaints or concerns in a professional manner
- Process payments and maintain accurate records
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area

Qualifications:
- Previous customer service experience is preferred
- Bilingual skills (English/Spanish) are a plus
- Knowledge of hotel operations and procedures is beneficial
- Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficiency in hotel management software is desirable (e.g., Opera, Fidelio)
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights and weekends

Note: All positions must be paid, including internship positions.
