Days Inn - Seatac is Hiring a Front Desk Agent Near SeaTac, WA

Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department or individual
- Assist guests with inquiries and provide information about the hotel's amenities and services
- Check guests in and out, ensuring accurate billing and payment processing
- Handle guest complaints or concerns with empathy and professionalism
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
- Collaborate with other hotel staff to ensure a seamless guest experience

Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in using phone systems and other office equipment
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Attention to detail and accuracy in handling guest information
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Note: Previous experience as a Front Desk Agent or in a similar role is preferred, but not required. Training will be provided for the right candidate.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
