**Job Summary:** We are seeking a Front Desk Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience. **Responsibilities:** - Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner - Check guests in and out efficiently - Handle guest inquiries and provide accurate information about the hotel facilities and services - Assist guests with reservations and bookings - Manage phone calls and reservations effectively - Resolve guest issues promptly and professionally - Maintain a clean and organized front desk area **Experience:** - Previous experience in a front desk or hospitality management role preferred - Strong guest service skills with a focus on guest relations - Knowledge of hotel management systems and phone systems - Bilingual skills are a plus - Ability to maintain professionalism under pressure - Excellent phone etiquette Join our team as a Front Desk Agent to showcase your hospitality skills and provide exceptional service to our guests.
