Night Auditor
Overview:
Join our team as a Night Auditor where your passion for hospitality and exceptional customer service skills will shine. We are looking for a dedicated individual to ensure our guests have a seamless experience during their stay.
Duties:
- Assist guests efficiently, courteously, and professionally in all front office related functions such as registration, cashiering, and providing information.
- Maintain a high standard of service and hospitality at all times.
- Conduct night audits, reconcile transactions, and email reports to management.
- Train new employees to uphold our service standards.
- Perform any other duties as required to support the smooth operation of the hotel.
Requirements:
- Part-time position with availability required on weekdays and weekends.
- Proficiency in handling cash transactions.
- Flexibility to work on short notice.
- Strong public contact and organizational skills.
- Ability to handle guest complaints effectively and work well under pressure.
- High school diploma or G.E.D. required.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both oral and written.
- Capacity to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently.
- Willingness to work all shifts including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Physical stamina for cleaning tasks, lifting objects up to 60 pounds and standing for extended periods.
