Dayton Freight Lines Inc. is Hiring a Customer Profile Analyst Near Dayton, OH

OverviewCustomer Profile Analysts are responsible for entering and auditing customer profile information with accuracy and correctness.
Responsibilities
  • Setting up, deactivating, and maintaining Customer Profile Information
  • Entering discounts, accessorials, and fuel surcharge in Customer Profile Information
  • Maintaining and updating Customer Exception Sheet
  • Auditing and printing Customer Exception Sheet and sending to Account Managers
  • Assisting Account Managers and Customers with changes to Customer Profile Information
  • Maintaining Weekly Logs of completed Customer Profile Information
  • Promptly responding to all external and internal customer inquiries via phone or e-mail
Qualifications
  • Possess good written and oral communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and processes
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Legally eligible to work in the United States
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Fluent in English
