Carillon Brewing Co. is a unique craft brewery, owned and operated by Dayton History, that specializes in historic beer production and features traditional German American fare. The core of Dayton History’s mission is to educate and preserve. As a part of Dayton History, Carillon Brewing Co.’s primary goal is to both immerse our guests in a welcoming, entertaining, historic, and educational experience.
Basic Function:
This position exists to ensure our guests have a high-quality and enjoyable experience by providing an excellent meal prepared using recipes and menu items created by the Kitchen Supervisor, Restaurant General Manager, and Food & Beverage Director. The Cook works in conjunction with all other back of house staff to keep the kitchen running smoothly.
