We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Operations Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. The Operations Assistant will support the Operations Manager and other team members by handling a variety of tasks, including but not limited to:
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the day-to-day operations of the office
- Data entry including assisting with job setup, purchase order requisitions, and labor approvals for weekly payroll
- Manage and maintain office supplies and inventory
- Prepare and distribute reports-
- Provide general administrative support to the team
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
- 1-2 years of experience in an administrative or operations role preferred
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
