Job Overview
Responsible for performing production and quality control audits. Assures compliance to in-house and external specifications and standards, such as ISO regulations. May be required to do ISO training. May conduct vendor evaluation audits to determine if qualified. May also conduct training on quality assurance systems. Responsible for developing, applying, revising, and maintaining quality standards for processing materials into products. Design and implement methods and procedures for inspecting, testing, and evaluating the precision and accuracy of service commitments. Analyze reports and product issues, and recommend corrective action. Prepare documentation for inspection/testing procedures.

- Identify and evaluate operations performance and recommends improvements to increase quality and reduce quality related defects.
- Implement changes to accomplish goals and objectives
- Drive accountability and accuracy as per the Global and Local Implementation Procedures and uses checklist to meet implementation dates
- Demonstrate strong communication, organization, and prioritization skills in implementing decisions with substantial fiscal impact to company
- Accountable for measured improvement in inter-company breakage reports and trends
- Assist in development of Customer Standard Operating Procedures and Customer Requirements Documents
- Plan and direct the day to day activities of the Quality Assurance Coordinators
- Serve as facilitator during implementation process and follow through to ensure compliance or revisions to original plans.
- Audit and research service performance issues
- Select and place staff, ensure staff receives training for job activities, and define specific job assignments.
- Manage performance to ensure required levels of productivity and achievement of organizational objectives

What you need to succeed (Qualifications, experience, skills, attributes)
- This is a supervisory position.
- Exceptional interpersonal and analytical skills required.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent strongly preferred.
- Generally prefer 0-2 years of related supervisory experience.
