Job Position: Janitorial Worker (Part-Time Position, full-time work).
Duties:

Work directly with the owner.
Must be clean cut & focus on the cleaning job.
Being able to clean at night and on weekends is a must.
Completely understand office cleaning and operating cleaning services.
This job will become a salaried employee in the future.
Commercial office cleaning.
Disinfectant & restroom cleaning.
Able to lift and remove the trash.
Vacuum, sweep, and mop floors.
Ability to learn and grow in the field of Janitorial services.
Understand floor cleaning and operating systems.
Understand time management.
Understand client needs and will be able to take care of cleaning projects.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Experience is needed.
Good understanding of janitorial cleaning and operating cleaning equipment.
Background check & live scan.
Must be able to use own vehicles, maybe require to go from building to another building facility daily.
Knowledge and experience of working with people in commercial buildings.
Approachable.
Speaks well and articulates.
Teachable and willing to learn the DBM cleaning process.
Able to work weekends and nights
Teachable and excellent commercial cleaning knowledge.
