Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide information about services and products
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently
- Handle and resolve customer complaints or issues in a professional and timely manner
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Collaborate with other team members to provide excellent customer service and support
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous customer service experience, preferred 2 years experience
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Good computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office and Excel
- Positive attitude and willingness to go above and beyond to assist customers
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Must have Clerical CSR experience not retail
