Job Title: Account Manager - Distribution Center
Job Location: EL PASO, TEXAS
Job Description:
• Bs degree in Supply Chain Management/ logistician/OTHER with 7 years experience on B2B and B2C processes, domestic and international logistics services
• Knowledge of SCM, distribution/warehousing, production, operations, logistics, procurement, material planning, contract negotiations, inventory control
OTHER
• Oversee fulfillment and return and ensure compliance with retailer shipping and create new labels and documents as needed
• Support the onboarding of new retailers and marketplaces
• Serve as the liaison between teams and 3PL partners for customers
• Ensure transfer of 3PL business to Pilot in El Paso, including warehousing, fulfillment, reverse logistics and freight services
• Support monthly inventory reconciliation
• Implement and lead supply chain cost-saving initiatives reporting, communication, and inventory visibility
