Responsibilities:

Assist with inventory management of mailroom supplies and order replenishments as needed.

Provide exceptional customer service to internal departments and external partners.

Uphold security protocols to safeguard sensitive and confidential information.

Manage the sorting, distribution, and processing of all incoming and outgoing mail and packages.

Ensure timely and accurate delivery of internal and external correspondence.

Maintain records of all mailroom activities, including tracking shipments and logging received items.

Coordinate with courier services and handle urgent deliveries efficiently.

Operate and maintain mailroom equipment, including postage meters, scanners, and copiers.

Qualifications:

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus.

Proven experience in a mailroom or administrative role.

Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
