Role Description: The Senior Work & Asset Management Analyst is responsible for collaborating with business users in identifying business requirements, and translating them into system requirements, and logical/functional design. As a Senior Work and Asset Management Developer/Analyst, working with operations and customer service will provide technical leadership to deliver solutions and maintain existing applications to optimize organizational performance. This position is responsible for design, development, testing and implementation as well as support of post implementation components of the asset management system.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities: - Analyzes and develops short and long-term solutions for information technology needs through developing new or modifying existing applications.
- Reviews systems requirements and business processes; codes, tests, debugs and implements software applications.
- Executes project tasks using project management concepts, requirements gathering and documentation, software development lifecycle and testing.
- Collaborates effectively with business partners, project team, and senior management to develop solutions that facilitate the integration of business processes.
- Recommends solutions based on an understanding of business requirements.
- Collaborates with business to design workflows, reports and any system enhancements.
- Perform business process analysis and suggest system and workflow changes to adapt best business practices for asset management)
- Communicates effectively with management and others on asset management and related items.
- Facilitates, participates, and documents user requirements during definition.
- Preplans any upgrade and patch activities.
- Defines, designs, develops, tests, documents, and maintains interfaces.
- Provides business process improvement recommendations.
- Maintains and creates data templates for bulk loading of information including assets, work orders, etc.
- Develops and supports data loads utilizing the Maximo Integration Framework (MIF) and WebSphere JVMs.
- Supports system upgrades in the Maximo product as well as add-ons and related systems and performs integration testing.
- Troubleshoots and resolves application, interface, workflow, reporting, and data integrity issues.
- Continuously collaborates with other asset management team members and IT staff).
- Provides other system support or performs other duties as required.

Skills & Qualifications: The qualifications listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and ability necessary for an individual to perform each essential responsibility satisfactorily. Reasonable amounts of training are provided.
Required Skills & Qualifications Required Experience: Minimum of five (5) years' IT experience with Maximo including the use of the full suite of in-app development tools, use of Maximo Migration Manager to deploy changes.
Experience with integration tools and REST API.
Experience with Automation Scripts.
Experience developing, designing, testing, and delivering technical requirements in production systems.
Experience with web and mobile applicant development
Minimum Education Requirements: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or related field.
Required Skills: Organizational Skills
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Application and PC Skills.
Programming skills (Java,C#, Python, JavaScript).
