Full-Time

Position Overview:

• Works with other agency staff to increase community awareness of post-adoption services
• Maintains post-adoption services web-based hub on website
• Tracks incoming post-adoption services referrals from the initial referral to completion of services
• Provides crisis/on call services and 24 hour, 7 days a week support to assigned families
• Coordinates and provides in-person, on demand, and virtual post-adoption support groups 
• Coordinates and provides Trust-Based Relational Intervention trainings
• Coordinates respite needs for post-adoptive families
• Coordinates and/or provides in-home individual and/or family therapy as needed
• Maintains regular contact with supervisor

Requirements Include:

• Requires a bachelor's degree in human services or related field; master's degree preferred
• Requires at least two years child welfare and/or family services experience with some adoption experience
• Valid driver's license with a good driving record
• Must pass pre-employment background checks, drug screen, reference checks, and fingerprinting
