Global leader in renovation, construction, and design-build services, is looking to hire a Civil Commercial Construction Superintendent to join as a full time permanent employee to work onsite on several of our Seattle area Projects

Ideal candidates will have 7 plus years of experience in the commercial construction industry with a commercial and/or industrial general contractor supervising multiple subcontractors, superintendents, and foremen on multiple construction and repair projects.

• Previous experience with Federal, State, or DOT contracts and specifications is highly desired.

Responsibilities will include Project oversight, Subcontractor Management, Scheduling, and Safety.

Pay: $80,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
