Requirements5–10 years of experience in user experience design and strategy.
Required SkillsAbility to operate independently
Break down business problems and bring partners along in solution delivery
Deliver clear design directions with full lens of user journey
Experience with Agile practices
Ability to deliver projects reflecting partnership with UX Research and UX Writing
