Position Title: Registered Nurse Grads
Department: South Region
Employment Type: Full-Time

Compensation: $76,000 - $78,000 plus annual bonus

Join our team of caring Nurses dedicated to making a tangible difference in the lives of others.
Working with DDN means handling a steady case load while being part of an organization that values career advancement and longevity for its team members. You'll also have the opportunity to passionately advocate for the needs of others.
Responsibilities include providing oversight, training, and meticulous documentation, along with developing advocacy plans for healthcare needs. You'll write nursing reviews, monitor medical and dental records, and ensure staff follows proper procedures for medication administration. Additionally, you'll supervise initial med administration worksites and conduct on-site training, which may involve travel to group homes in North Haven, Hamden, and neighboring areas.
As an RN with us, you'll be instrumental in case managing individuals with developmental and intellectual disabilities, providing essential information to dedicated staff at these group homes.
