A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A DENTAL HYGIENE OFFICE COORDINATOR - OFFICE ASSISTANT
This position works a full-time schedule from Monday to Friday . You will train and work at our Beverly Hills, CA location.
As a Dental Hygiene Office Coordinator - Office Assistant, your day begins with a smile, ready to conquer the bustling dental practice. With finesse and precision, you adjust patient appointments, maximizing productivity and delivering optimal care. Your warm and welcoming tone answers calls, efficiently directing them to the right team member. Navigating seamlessly, you handle hygiene-related emails and voicemails, addressing patient inquiries about billing and treatment plans.
Collaborating with the front office staff, you ensure smooth transitions for hygiene patients with upcoming doctor's appointments. Amidst it all, you review charts, cross-reference ledgers, and fulfill requests from the dedicated dental team.
REQUIREMENTS FOR SUCCESS:
