Job Description :

* Help to improve the instore experience for our brand by implementing brand environments in our jeweler partners stores, integrating online and offline strategies. This entails the following activities:

working with inhouse designers and/or authorized fabricators to fit a De Beers Forevermark (DBFM) branded concept into desired retail space based on branded guidelines

establishing budgets for each concept/retail space

managing all day-today activities with fabricators to facilitate the build, delivery and installation as well as any digital integrations.

* Transition existing brand environments based on new 2021 branded guidelines;

* Transition existing lightbox artwork (duratrans) instore with new 2021 branded creative;

* Manage all expectations related to process and implementation with the DBFM retail partner;

* Assist in the development and refinement of the process as needed and ensure all steps are followed internally and externally;

* Keep US team informed on all brand environment installations, as well as our partners through FM social media channels;

* Manage instore artwork (duratrans, SEG, window clings, etc.) orders with authorized third-party vendor and retailers ensuring all imagery align with business and product strategies, and usage rights; and

* Manage distribution of materials with warehouse upon consumer online DBFM diamond registration.

Trade Events

* Assist in trade show events needs which may involve but not limited to coordination of catering, AV, partner communication/invitations, RSVP management, sponsorships and space fabrication, dcor;

* Coordinate jeweler led events and attend as needed; and

* Assisting with cost proposals and budget management.

Qualifications :

* Bachelors degree required;

* Minimum of 2 years in in-store innovation, preferably in the jewelry industry;

* Previous experience in store builds and shop in shops installations required;

* Demonstrated experience in project management;

* Strong written and verbal communication skills;

* Extremely organized and detail-oriented;

* Strong problem-solving and people skills with the ability to manage people;

* Highly energetic and adaptable to a dynamic and changing work environment;

* Strong ability to meet deadlines in fast-paced environment;

* Active team member, collaborating with and supporting the rest of the marketing team.
