Receptionist/Runner/Legal Assistant

The De Castroverde Law Group is looking for a Receptionist/Runner/Legal Assistant to join our team! At De Castroverde Law Group we pride ourselves in treating every client like family and as the first face most clients will see, you will play a vital role in their first impression of us.

Responsibilities:

• Promptly answer and screen phone calls and transfer to the correct department.
• Greet and assist all walk-ins.
• Perform conflict checks on all new and potential clients.
• Take payments, write receipts and enter payments in the system.
• Make runs as needed, including picking up and delivering documents, packages, or supplies.
• Handle off-site tasks, such as banking, post office visits, and other miscellaneous errands.
• Keep lobby and conference rooms clean and organized.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Fluent in Spanish
• Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation for runs
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Excellent written and oral communication skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
