We are an established locally owned and operated real estate investment, and development company with rental apartments, industrial properties and mixed use developments. We are looking for an individual with proven experience and a strong background in internet marketing that drives results to our rental properties.

Job duties will include:

1) Marketing and advertising our properties on social media, including Zillow, Apartments.com, Realtor.com, Apartmentlist.com, Redfin, Trulia, Hotpads, Instagram and Facebook in a manner that gives us top visibility.

2) Maintaining and monitor a lead tracker in coordination with our team including our leasing specialist and property manager.
