Mid-Continent Steel and Wire, a Division of Deacero, is a leading company in the steel industry. We are currently seeking a Warehouse Clerk to join our team. As a Warehouse Clerk, you will play a crucial role in supporting the warehouse operations and ensuring efficient inventory management. This person must ensure that all products remain in good condition when packed and keep the warehouse operating efficiently at all times.

Responsibilities

• Pick and pack customers orders
• Load and wrap skids for shipping
• Label items around the warehouse
• Inventory control of the warehouse
• In charge of maintaining a clean and safe warehouse environment

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior experience as a Warehouse Clerk or in a similar role preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory management systems.
• Ability to operate warehouse equipment, such as forklifts
• Physical ability to lift and move heavy items up to 50 lbs
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Valid driver's license
