We are searching for an outstanding Director of VDC to join our team. If you are well-versed in conceptual design animations, a passion for construction, and an insane need and desire to be part of building great projects, then please read on!
What You'll Be Doing

• Design and implement VDC strategy throughout the project life cycle, preconstruction through construction.
• Work with internal departments to understand current processes, advise, and assist in implementing VDC processes.
• Utilize models to support preconstruction.
• Generate 3D/4D Site logistics plans.
• Create/Render Virtual mockups.
• Create Presentation quality material/visual aids.
• Conceptual design modeling.
• Develop photo-realistic animations and models for presentations.
• Represent DeAngelis Diamond by participating in VDC presentations to clients and trade partners.
• Actively participate in and lead ongoing strategic initiatives related to virtual preconstruction.
• Continue to research and develop the latest advancements in virtual mockups, animations, and renderings to allow DeAngelis Diamond to deliver the best product to our clients.

What You Need For This Position

• 2 years of experience overseeing VDC/BIM implementation.
• In-depth knowledge of current VDC and Animation software, including but not limited to Revit, 3ds Max, Lumion, Unreal, Unity, Navisworks, Assemble, and Sketchup Pro.
• Excellent knowledge of VDC processes used in the industry.
• Exceptional presentation and training skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work well as part of a team and independently.
• Self-starter with the drive to pursue continued education in VDC.
• Ability to manage priorities with minimal guidance.
