Dean’s Professional Services is now hiring a qualified Onboarding Coordinator to work for a County Jail in Houston, TX.

An Onboarding Coordinator is responsible for assisting in educating new temporary employees at the County Jail food service department about our company culture and policies. You will be responsible for ensuring onboarding plans are implemented. A successful candidate will have a strong understanding of how employees interact in a work environment.

Job Duties :

• Schedule interviews
• Have candidates complete background security forms
• Review and sign off on employee handbook with new hires
• Complete new hire onboard safety and security training
• Review site client rules and policies with new hires
• Review the job description and site work areas.
• Introduce the new hires to their management team
• Review benefits and other company perks
• Continue follow-up to verify all new hires are on pace to be successful

Job Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent – Required
• Houston, TX 77002: Reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work ( Required )
• 1-year Onboarding Experience – Required

Job Details:

• Schedule: M-F 8hr/ shift
• Starting at $18.50/hr. (based on experience) benefits.
