DeBellis, Catherine & Morreale - Corporate Staffing is Hiring a VP of Client Development Near Northeast, NY

In an agency that works exclusively with pharmaceutical clients, you will lead the revenue generation, new business development, and marketing efforts.
 
**The incumbent must have previous experience in a business development position selling large enterprise high dollar service solutions to pharmaceutical clients**  
What You’ll Be Doing: You will develop and implement a comprehensive revenue and marketing strategy aligned with company goals.
 
You’ll develop new business assets to improve win rate with perspective clients including competitive intelligence gathering, comprehensive pitch stories and decks, and create a pitch asset library.
 
Through various strategies such as through your professional network, conferences, partners, and others, you’ll be tasked with meeting revenue targets and bringing on an additional 2-4 accounts in 2024.
 
You’ll manage and guide the Director of Marketing across marketing objectives, PR, content, email marketing, retention marketing, life cycle marketing, and social media to increase brand visibility and drive customer acquisition.
 
You will need to collaborate cross-functionally with client services and other departments.
 
What You’ll Need for Success:
  • You will need a minimum of 10 years of business development and growth experience at a life science agency.
  • At least 6 years of experience in a Director, VP, and SVP role overseeing revenue generation and marketing functions.
  • You’ll need to have a deep understanding of the pharmaceutical, biotech, and life sciences market.
  • Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • Demonstrated success in driving revenue, achieving business objectives and managing the sales processes, customer acquisition, and marketing strategies.
  • Ability to manage teams and be a strong leader.
The base salary range for this role is $175,000 to $205,000 but can be flexible for the right candidate. This base salary range represents the low and high end of the base salary range for this position. Actual base salary offered will vary based on various factors including but not limited to location, level, job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and performance.
