Position Overview:
As an Enrollment Agent at Debt Assistance Center, you will be responsible for assisting individuals seeking debt relief by enrolling them into our debt settlement programs. You will serve as a knowledgeable and empathetic point of contact for prospective clients, helping them understand their options and guiding them through the enrollment process.
Essential Functions
· Client Consultation: Conduct thorough consultations with prospective clients to assess their financial situation, understand their debt issues, and explain our debt settlement programs.
· Education and Guidance: Provide clear and comprehensive information about the debt settlement process, including potential benefits and risks, to help clients make informed decisions.
· Enrollment Process: Assist clients in completing the enrollment paperwork accurately and efficiently, ensuring all necessary documentation is obtained.
· Compliance: Adhere to all regulatory and compliance guidelines to ensure that the enrollment process is conducted ethically and within legal boundaries.
· Client Advocacy: Act as a liaison between clients and the negotiation team, advocating for the best possible outcomes for clients while maintaining transparency and communication throughout the process.
· Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries, concerns, and issues promptly and professionally.
· Documentation: Maintain accurate and organized client records, including enrollment forms, financial statements, and communication logs.
· Team Collaboration: Collaborate with other team members, including debt negotiators and customer support, to ensure a seamless and efficient client experience.
Qualifications and Skills
· High School Diploma combined with work experience or College Degree
· One year of sales experience within the debt settlement industry
· One year of call center experience in a high volume, outbound environment
· Strong active listening skills with the ability to understand and influence
· Ability to receive constructive criticism
· Experience effectively managing Salesforce is preferred
· Strong verbal and written communication skills
· Ability to multitask and exhibit quality work in a fast paced environment
Job Type: Full-time
Pay:
· $80,000 - $175,000 per year
· Commission pay only with a draw down the first month to get you started

Work setting:
· Onsite in Gilbert, AZ with remote flexibility
Experience:
· 2 years in sales (Preferred)
· Mortgage, personal loan or debt settlement/resolution experience (preferred)
· 2 years of phones sales or related experience (preferred)
· Knowledge of debt settlement industry regulations is a plus
