- POSITION SUMMARY
- Reports To :
- Services Lead, Support Staff
- Summary :
- Responsible for providing accurate and complete input and obtain pre-certification / authorization requests and eligibility on all radiology patients to ensure reimbursement for all services rendered.
- Work Schedule :
- Must be able to work non-standard hours, 8 to 10 hr days between 7 : 00 a.m.-6 : 00 p.m.

- Experience
- Six months previous experience in customer service. Knowledge of medical coding.
- Computer Skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, email and basic computer skills for other software used throughout the hospital for your area of responsibility.

- Familiarity with medical terminology or willingness to learn. This position requires constant sitting, use of hands and fingers, reaching outward, and lifting and carrying 0-10 lbs.
