Position will be on site
Interviews can be either Teams or Face to Face
This is a temp hire position
5-7 Years of Experience, Performs routine accounting activities such as maintenance of the general ledger, preparation of various accounting statements and financial reports and accounts payable or receivable functions. Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures. Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.
Specific duties will include:
AP
Bi-weekly check batches in local system
Verify receiving packets-daily
File AP invoices until scanning system is up-weekly
Scan AP invoices to archive system (TBD)-weekly
Vendor Rebate tracking-weekly
Month End journal entries (vendor rebates, AP invoice accruals)-monthly
Local vendor set up-as needed (COI & HHA) (Cert of Ins & Hold Harmless agreements)
Invoice research-as needed
Help create vendor PO’s – working with maintenance team-as needed
AR
SMS iTrade invoice submission-daily
BSCC – upload opco invoice file-daily
Initiate ACH drafts for AR Team-daily/weekly
Reports
Week to Date file - daily
Track raw material audits-daily
Log purchase transaction adjustments (inventory adjustments) - daily
AP Gain File – daily
Account reconciliations-monthly
Other Duties
Office supply procurement
Year End 1099 (less than 20)
