We are currently seeking Enterprise Architect Expert /Consultant for a W2 contract opportunity in Dearborn, MI. This role has the potential to extend over multiple years, with the chance to transition to a direct hire position with our client. We are searching for an Enterprise Architect who will provide architecture support for Industrial Systems at Client's Company. To thrive in this position, you will need to have the Business & Information Architecture expertise along with a desire to work with Product Team (both business and IT) members across the enterprise.

Skills Required:
Proficient in business consulting with strong facilitation, written, and oral communication skills.
Demonstrated ability to self-manage, develop work plans, and employ effective methods to navigate ambiguity and foster consensus for architectural solutions in both legacy and cloud-native paradigms.
Self-motivated individual with the capacity to work autonomously or collaboratively within a team setting
Proven ability to effectively manage multiple projects concurrently.
Familiarity with Product Development, Quality, Regulatory and Ordering domain processes and tools within Client or similar organizations.
Exceptional time management and digital proficiency, utilizing tools such as MS Office.
Proven leadership skills in working with senior management to facilitate decision-making
Strong problem-solving abilities, including leading problem-solving teams.
Experience in process modeling frameworks like BPMN and process automation tools
Expertise in interoperability standards and methods
Experience in liaising with external suppliers and vendors for consultancy and procurement solutions.
Experience Required:
5 years overall Business/IT experience in process definition and documentation
