We are looking for a driven and capable BIM Manager to support us with developing multiple Data Center projects for one of the top technology clients in the world. This is a client-facing role. You will closely collaborate with the client's team, design team, contractor team, and supply chain. As a BIM Manager, you will oversee the production of project information models which contain 3D visualizations that bring together data, drawings, and schedules associated with the design and construction phases of the project.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Act as the intermediary between the client, designers, and architects so that projects remain efficient and effective
  • Work closely with BIM coordinators and other teams to produce project information models
  • Ensure that BIM execution plans are produced and maintained for the project
  • Produce regular reports for senior managers, to identify and measure BIM implementation
  • Manage the integration of BIM models from various disciplines to ensure a cohesive and accurate project representation
  • To manage and coordinate BIM standards development, implementation, and enforcement on all related BIM projects, files, and models
  • Provide technical support for projects (coordinated shop drawings, QS...etc) using Revit, AutoCAD, and Navis program
  • Preparation of all BIM standard procedures including modelling guidelines and modelling matrix
  • Responsible for all outcoming and incoming BIM deliverables and scheduling to match the construction schedule
  • Supervise the process of model updating during the construction phase
  • Extract material take-offs for different L.O.D.s to be used for QC, procurement, and scheduling departments
  • Report changes according to RFIs, coordination, and design changes to generate cost-impact analysis report
  • Lead BIM coordination meetings to discuss project updates and issues
  • Create QC checklists for checking the models and material take-off reports
  • Perform other related duties as required and assigned

QUALIFICATIONS:

Required Qualifications:

  • 5 years of experience in a BIM coordination/management role within Architecture, Engineering, and Construction firms
  • Profound knowledge and experience in BIM software such as Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks are essential
  • The ability to address and resolve complex design and workflow issues effectively
  • Strong leadership skills and experience in managing a team
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic team environment

Preferred Qualifications :

  • Certification in Project Management and BIM is highly desirable
  • Datacenter construction experience

  • Position Classification: Salary based full-time regular hours.
