Responsibilities
•Willing to lead generate for a minimum of 2 hours a day. Whether that is building your Sphere of influence, making cold and warm lead phone calls, or any other active form of lead generation
•Attend daily morning huddles
•Attend weekly team meetings
•Attend events with Embrace
•The first 90 days will be an onboarding process with an Embrace trainer (dependent on real estate experience)
•Be proficient in all of Idaho real estate contracts and required documents for real estate transactions
•Stay up to date on real estate market knowledge and trends
•Willing to take extra training and attend out-of-state conferences (potentially)
•"Always be consulting" by providing your clients with your very best service and your very best advice to nurture client relationships and generate repeat and referral customers
•Gather local community information to be able to answer any questions from your client about potential homes
•Oversee the entire process from listing to closing to ensure a quick and seamless transaction experience
•Meet with clients to determine their home wishlist, then meet their needs and sell them a home
Qualifications
•WA Real Estate license
•Complete at least 3 transactions
•High School level education or higher
•18 years old
•Coachable & ambitious to grow and add value to others
•Positive attitude and abundance mindset
•Technology driven
•Past sales experience is preferred
•Top-notch time management skills and highly organized
•Self motivated and able to perform tasks independently
•Ability to communicate effectively (oral and written)
