Job Description
Deco ThinkTell is seeking a highly organized and creative Event Coordinator to join our team in Philadelphia, PA. The Event Coordinator will be responsible for planning, organizing, and executing a variety of events that promote our brand and engage our audience.
Pay : $22.50 - $31.50 per hour
Job: Onsite - Full timeKey Responsibilities
- Event Planning: Plan and coordinate events, including trade shows, conferences, product launches, corporate meetings, and social events.
- Budget Management: Develop and manage event budgets, ensuring all events are executed within budget.
- Vendor Coordination: Identify, negotiate with, and manage relationships with vendors, including venues, caterers, decorators, and entertainment providers.
- Logistics Management: Oversee all event logistics, including transportation, accommodation, and on-site coordination.
- Marketing and Promotion: Collaborate with the marketing team to promote events through various channels, including social media, email marketing, and traditional media.
- On-Site Management: Provide on-site event management to ensure smooth execution, including setup, event flow, and breakdown.
- Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and event management software.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
