Job Description
Deco ThinkTell is seeking a hardworking and reliable Warehouse Worker to join our team in Philadelphia, PA. The Warehouse Worker will be responsible for assisting with the day-to-day operations of the warehouse, including receiving, storing, and distributing products.
Pay : $16.50 - $26.00 per hour
Job: Onsite - Full timeKey Responsibilities
- Receiving: Unload, inspect, and verify incoming shipments. Report any discrepancies or damages.
- Storage: Organize and store products in the appropriate locations within the warehouse. Maintain an organized and clean warehouse environment.
- Inventory Management: Conduct regular inventory counts and update records. Assist in inventory management and control.
- Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment according to customer specifications. Ensure accuracy and timeliness in order fulfillment.
- Shipping: Prepare shipping labels and documentation. Coordinate with shipping carriers for pickups and deliveries.
- Equipment Operation: Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks safely and efficiently.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Physical stamina and ability to lift and move heavy objects (up to 50 lbs).
- Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team.
- Basic computer skills for inventory management and order processing.
- Dependable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
