We are seeking an energic local person to fill the Office Representative vacancy on our team! Your role consist of both sales and service of insurance and financial service products. Primary role is to engage and educate customers by helping them identify their needs and make quality recommendations. We help customers manage the risk of everyday life and realizing their dreams. This is an in-office position where we meet with customers both in person and virtual. Training is provided!

Requirements:

• In office position only
• Must have active Property and Casualty license.
• Marketing products and services based on customer needs.
• Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listening.
• Enthusiastic about the role insurance and financial products play in helping people manage the risks of everyday life, recover from the unexpected, and realize their dreams.
• Organizational skills
• Self-motivated
• Ability to work in a team environment.
• Ability to make presentations to potential customers in person and virtually.
• Ability to effectively relate to a customer and build individualize plans.
• Bilingual - Spanish a plus

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in office sales and administration experience
• Ability to prioritize and multitask.

• Acquire licensed in Life and Health
• Salary based on license and experience PLUS commission.
