JOB DESCRIPTION
For both companies , you have the opportunity to accept or decline the deliveries and you will know about the deliveries at least 24 hours in advance.
You may also choose to be a W2 employee or 1099 contracted employee.
Both concepts have different pay structures and service styles....
Pearls Bake Shoppe is an upscale bakery, specializing in Wedding Deliveries. There are very few deliveries during the week and numerous deliveries on Saturdays.
These deliveries only require you to pick up an order that is already packaged for you and a simple drop off with no set up.
There is no need to return to the store afterwards. You are compensated by a delivery fee and any cash tips received on-site (see tables below).
Pearl's Bake Shoppe is located at 5811 Patterson Avenue, 23226.
Deep Run Roadhouse is a BBQ Catering Company. Most deliveries are during lunch time through the week and all-day Saturdays.
These deliveries require making sure you have all of the equipment packed (done by our staff) and setting up a buffet on-site, which we have training guides and videos to show you exactly how it's done.
After the buffet is set up there, is no need to stay or return to the delivery address. These deliveries do require a return trip to the shop within 24 hours if our equipment is borrowed.
Since these deliveries require more work and a service on-site, the pay is higher. You are compensated by a delivery fee (see tables below) and a tip.
We closely monitor the success of these delivery tips, and they consistently average around $90 (delivery fee and tips) per delivery.

- Must have a commercial auto insurance policy.
- Must be available most Saturdays.

- Greater than 70 miles to 80 miles ($196.00)
DELIVERY FEES for DEEP RUN ROADHOUSE plus cash tips received on site OR pre-paid credit tips OR credit tips received on site.
