Your responsibilities
- Develop and execute financial strategies to support business growth through investment, new business, and expansion initiatives.
- Optimise capital structure and manage capital allocation to maximise shareholder value
- Identify, evaluate and present potential M&A opportunities aligned with our strategic objectives
- Set up comprehensive due diligence, financial analysis, and valuation assessments for either fundraising, capital markets, or M&A activity.
- Build and maintain relationships with institutional investors, sell-side analysts, investment banks, and other key stakeholders
- Develop and implement financial planning and investor communication strategies, including earnings releases, investor presentations, and roadshows
- Monitor market trends, analyst reports, and shareholder feedback to inform strategic decision-making and messaging

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field. MBA or CFA preferred
- 4–6 years of experience in investment banking or equity research at a top-tier financial institution, with a track record of progressing to the VP level
- 2–4 years of experience in corporate finance, M&A, strategic finance, and/or investor relations, ideally within the technology sector
- Strong leadership capabilities and ability to build high performing teams, preferably in the corporate finance arena
- Exceptional financial modelling and valuation skills, with the ability to perform complex analyses and present findings to senior executives and investors
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels
- Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively
