Deer Brook Village is Hiring a Property Inspector Near North Brunswick, NJ

This is a part time summer positioin. We are seeking a detailed individual to inspect the exterior of the homes and grounds in our mobile home community. The position requires you to walk around the mobile homes and fill out a check list for each home. YOU MUST ENJOY working outside, walking ALOT and able to work unsupervised.

**Responsibilities & skills

- Conduct inspections of the exterior of the mobile homes for safety and cleaniness compliance.

- Possess good organizational and time management skills

Pay: From $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 12 – 20 per week
