Overview: We are looking for a highly motivated person to provide top notch customer service by anticipating client needs and exceeding client expectations. You must possess the ability to interact with all clients and animals with compassion and genuine concern for their well being. Good communication skills and a positive attitude are a must.
Duties: Primary Responsibilities include but are not limited to: quality customer service, assisting clients in and out processing, collecting payments, answering and rerouting incoming calls, scheduling appointments, and handling patient charts. Your dedication to quality customer service, professionalism and communication functions are all critical to the well-being of our patients, the satisfaction of our clients, and the overall success of our hospital team.
