We have an immediate full-time opening at our practice in Tomah, Wisconsin for a team-player who possesses excellent patient service and embraces the culture and community of the practice. Our team members are vital to the health of our dental practice and we value the insight, ideas and passion they bring every day to care for the patients we serve.
Deer Creek Dental Clinic’s Patient Care Specialists strive to put the patients first. While providing an excellent patient experience to ensure that the patient is comfortable in the practice and leaves well educated and confident in the care they receive. The Patient Care Specialist is expected to be compassionate and able to work in a fast-paced environment. They are expected to manage multiple tasks with frequent interruptions, navigate difficult conversations with patients who have concerns and maintain the strictest of confidentiality.
Essential Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 1-3 years working in a fast-paced environment that requires discriminating and filtering through multiple tasks
- Excellent task prioritization and tenacity
- 3 years working in a customer service capacity
- Possesses confident and adaptable communication skills that produce results
- Motivated to learn and use advanced computer technology systems
- Shows up to work as scheduled consistently
- A Team Player who want to be part of a work culture where we enjoy the company of each other and show courage to hold each other accountable
