Job Overview:
As a Customer Service Representative at Tactacam LLC, you'll play a key role in providing exceptional support for our diverse range of products, services, and advanced applications. Working remotely, you'll be on the front lines, leveraging your exceptional communication and troubleshooting skills to address technical inquiries and meet customer needs swiftly and expertly.
Responsibilities:
Deliver top-tier technical support.
Engage with customers via phone and other channels.
Diagnose and solve technical problems.
Ensure high customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with teams for issue resolution.
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions.
Adhere to company policies and procedures.
Efficiently manage a high volume of incoming calls.
Requirements:
Strong technical aptitude.
Proficient in technical issue resolution.
Familiarity with customer service software.
High-speed internet (50 Mbps download, 10 Mbps upload).
Excellent communication skills.
Ability to convey technical information clearly.
Remote troubleshooting experience.
Customer-focused with strong problem-solving skills.
Dedicated remote work environment.
Experience in remote work settings.
Shift flexibility, including weekends.
Hours: We are currently hiring for a full-time position with an 8.5-hour shift scheduled between 8:00 am CST and 6:00 pm CST, Monday through Friday. Successful candidates will also be required to participate in mandatory Saturday rotations, with working hours from 8:00 am CST to 4:30 pm CST.
