ONE LOCATION: Pomona, NY (Rockland County)

Deer Mountain Day Camp is looking for an experienced tennis professional with a strong background working with juniors to lead its tennis program for its 2024 summer season. This is a great opportunity to work in the NY Metro area over the summer. Our tennis facility features 7 hard courts. We implement the USTA’s 10 and under tennis program and offer week long mini-tennis clinics for older campers who are interested in spending more time on the courts.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 to 3 years teaching experience.
• Experience with and ability to structure and implement 10 and under tennis lessons over multiple courts.
• Fun, kind, caring and motivating personality.
• Willingness to collaborate and participate in other camp events.

Camp Season Dates 2024:

• Thursday, June 27th – Thursday, August 22nd (Monday - Friday)

Daily Lunch & Transportation Provided, Extra Salary for Van Supervisors

We offer transportation to staff coming from Westchester and Bergen counties or Manhattan. Extra salary is available for candidates who supervise the van ride to and from camp.
