Role: We are looking for a motivated Senior Program Manager to join our team in support of a program at Scott Air Force Base (AFB), IL. In this capacity, you will be responsible for implementing advanced program management techniques to plan, initiate, and manage projects. They will prioritize stakeholder feedback while seamlessly connecting the business and technical aspects of projects. Your expertise will extend to aligning project goals with organizational strategy to ensure projects deliver maximum value and achieve strategic objectives.

Requirements:

• U.S. Citizenship required.
• Security Clearance Required.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in project and program management with a proven track record of successfully leading and delivering complex projects.
• Program Management Professional (PMP) or Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification strongly preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Plan, initiate, and manage projects.
• Lead and guide the work of technical staff.
• Serve as liaison between business and technical aspects of projects.
• Plan project stages and assess business implications for each stage.
• Monitor progress to assure deadlines, standards, and cost targets are met.
