POSITION SUMMARY
The Data Coordinator (Digital, Data Management) role involves managing the project process and data entry for digital menu updates. This position requires regular collaboration with the Marketing team to ensure all digital menu documentation is accurately maintained for each project on the Brand Calendar. The role includes assessing project risks and issues, providing solutions where applicable, and ensuring effective communication and monitoring of menu updates with various stakeholders.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
May perform any or all of the following duties:
- Responsible for the project management process and data entry for digital menu updates.
- Regularly collaborates with Marketing to ensure all digital menu documentation (data) is maintained appropriately for each project on the Brand Calendar; assesses project risks and issues and provides solutions where applicable.
- Responsible for communicating and monitoring menu updates to 3rd Party Delivery partners, including product rollouts, tests and pricing changes.
- Responsible for communicating and monitoring menu updates with Menu Management System partner, including product rollouts, tests and pricing changes; serves as primary contact for MMS.
- Coordinates data collection process with MMS and 3rd Party Delivery Partners.
- Serves as primary point of contact for franchisee supported restaurant data escalations; promptly partners with the appropriate parties to implement resolutions.
POSITION QUALIFICATIONS/CORE COMPETENCIES
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or Marketing or equivalent experience in related field
- Proficient in excel
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- Ability to thrive within an organization with a high degree of ambiguity and fast pace; organizational aptitude; ability to multi-task and manage high-visibility function
- Ability to work on tight deadlines
WORK ENVIRONMENT
- Corporate Office fast paced, high volume of activity and a deadline driven environment
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
- Sitting for extended periods of time, using telephone, typing and/or operating a computer and/or mouse
- Ability to travel as needed (approximately 10%)
