Job Description

• Report directly to the Chief Commercial Officer (CCO).
• Develop and enforce company-wide revenue, sales, and marketing standards.
• Create and implement processes to evaluate the effectiveness of all commercial strategies and tactics.
• Establish controls to ensure all strategies align with the company’s commercial guiding principles and EOS ethos.
• Collaborate with other commercial leaders to design and implement controls for monitoring the execution of strategies across all hotels and commercial functions.
• Work with other commercial leaders to develop and enforce compliance with SOPs.
• Provide direct leadership to all cross-functional commercial specialists, including the commercial systems and analytics managers.
• Assess the outcomes of each commercial strategy and tactic, proposing alternative solutions when necessary.
• Develop, monitor, and report on KPIs to measure the effectiveness of each commercial strategy and tactic.
• Act as a Chief of Staff for the CCO, performing any additional duties and tasks as assigned

Position Requirements:

• Previous director experience in the hospitality industry in the Revenue and/or Sales field.
•  Must have advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Power Point. Understanding of database, workflow, and project management key.
• Great presentation and ability to collaborate with other senior commercial leaders.
• Expert knowledge of Opera Cloud, Duetto, SynXis, Lighthouse, Delphi preferred.
• Must be highly analytical and process oriented.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to lead a team and work in a group setting. 

Annual salary range for this position is between $140,000 and $155,000.
