The Human Resources Generalist supports the campgrouns and will assist with daily administrative tasks and colleague requests.
Maintain complete knowledge of campground operations and scheduled daily activities.
Oversee UKG payroll in collaboration with central payroll team.
Recruit colleagues in all departments for El Capitan and Ocean Mesa (screen, interview, coordinate interviews with department heads).
Conduct administrative tasks promptly by filing documents, assisting with monthly reports, benefits, billing, and colleague administrative paperwork.
Maintain complete knowledge and comply with all departmental policies/service procedures/standards.
Organize and prepare for new hire onboarding / orientation, meetings, and other training.
Explain and enroll colleagues in benefits.
Ensure the highest degree of confidentiality, professionalism and discretion in all Human Resources and Payroll-related matters.

Fluency in English both verbally and non-verbally, fluency in Spanish a plus.
Ability to maintain confidentiality of colleague, guest information, and pertinent Hotel data.
Flexible schedule - willing and able to work shift duties that may occasionally include evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
Qualification Standards:
Physical Requirements: Ability to transport up to 20 lbs. occasionally, sit for extended periods of time, walk, and stand throughout the shift.
Education: High School Diploma required; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
Experience: 1-2 years of Human Resources experience preferred, preferably in a hospitality or campground setting.
Grooming: All colleagues must maintain a neat and well-groomed appearance (specific standards will be provided).
